I opened a belated Christmas gift the other day and was really pleased with it – I got the Ted Baker Kiss Me Quick box set of lip glosses. They were available in Boots before Christmas and are fab. You get three lip glosses with three rather clever refills so once your done you can start again!
All the colours are gorgeous but two of them I completely love!

i have the same set but can’t get them to dispense the lipgloss! help!!! i’ve tried twisting and that little button but neither work! desperate to use these! thank you!
I had a similar problem it took me ages.
I think it’s pressing the button millions of times, what might help is take the top off as if you were going to change it and press the gloss in I did this and it didn’t even feel like the gloss moved. The only reason I am saying that is I noticed when it did eventually start coming out that at the top you couldn’t see the lipgloss.

Also careful if you do change the gloss I got some on the barrel of the pen lol
Still really struggling! haha. It’s soooo frustrating! Only found one other person on the internet with this problem and they said to warm them on radiator… might try that! Eeeeek, fingers crossed! I want to wear them so much!

I can’t get them open either! Searched the web for instructions but this is the only page that came up…
When I get home I have one unused I think so I will see if I can do it and comment if I think there is a trick to it!!!
has anyone got how to do it yet? tried warming on the radiator and pressing the button loads and loads, but still nothing! any help please?
I’m having the same problem. I’ve pressed it so many times on one of the glosses it squeaks every time now. All out of ideas. Has anyone succeeded yet?
Hi ladies,
If you open the bottom of the pen and pull the cartridge out (be careful the gloss has a habit of coming out) and then push the cartridge back in and press the bottom again. This seemed to work for me anyway!
Thanx very much for this I had the original two working but refills and the third one I couldn’t get working. I went back to them every time someone commented lol
I cant get mine working either!! This is the only thing i can find about it. Have tried all the tricks but no joy!
