So pleased to see the Maxi Dress is still on trend! I have a few in my wardrobe from last year that I really love and to be honest, by the time I got round to buying them the great British weather didn’t really give me a whole lot of time to wear them!
This one I wanted from Jane Norman but I thought it was quite dressy because of the crystals so I waited and got it in the sale in case I didn’t wear it much!
This next one I had been searching for for ages after seeing a girl at work wearing it and not being brave enough to ask her where she got it! I looked online and in every store and had pretty much given up and then in New Look I spotted this and another one in the same pattern with a V-neck and sleeves! It is an AX Paris one and I wore it lots as colour wise it didn’t matter if it wasn’t sunny. I did struggle with what to wear shoe wise when I was trying to transition it into an Autumn maxi!
Last but not least is my All Saints Maxi skirt. I bought this at Cheshire Oaks outlet and it was reduced from way over a hundred down to £60! I only managed to wear this once mainly because its white but also as it is touching the floor and got caught in my crystal gladiator sandals. I can’t wait to wear it this year with a pair of flip flops. It weighs a tonne as it has lots of layers but I love it!
I have looked around this year and there are some really nice designs, especially plugging into the floral trend we were seeing on the catwalks.
My favourites are below:
Fever Sea Mist Maxi at AspireStyle available in pink (pictured) and blue at £69 (REMEMBER HERE YOU CAN GET 10% OFF!!!)
Warehouse have a good selection of Maxi’s my favourite being the Paradise Stripe maxi!
This is £100 but absolutely gorgeous, click here to see how you can wear it!
The Glamazon maxi at warehouse is also really nice at a cheaper price point of £65
If you are in Warehouse anytime you might also want to checkout the Tribal Scarf Print Maxi at £80 or the one shoulder animal print maxi for £60.
At a more reasonable price point are these two designs in Quiz.
These are really nice designs and styles that can easily be dressed up or down and £32.99 is a really good price to pay!
