This dress has just featured in an email from Oasis and I have to say I love it!
Monochrome is a look I like, the horizontal stripes around the skirt might give the impression of wider hips and a cowl neck adds to the bust area. The only thing is this is classed as “formal” I would probably wear this in the office not really on a night out.
